hui zhang ("we") operates PingU. We process only the data needed to provide continuous AI radio, a guest trial, optional Sign in with Apple, and Premium subscriptions.
Data we process
- Account data: only if you choose Sign in with Apple, we process Apple's stable user identifier and authorization credentials. PingU does not request your name or email. Sign-in is not required to purchase, restore, or use Premium.
- Device and trial data: installation identifiers, App Attest/DeviceCheck integrity results, sessions, trial balance, and playback reservations and acknowledgements for service delivery and abuse prevention.
- Subscription data: product, transaction and original transaction identifiers, purchase environment, status, renewal and entitlement periods for purchase verification, restoration, refunds, and reconciliation. We do not receive full payment-card details.
- Radio and personalization data: interests, profession and preferences you provide, plus station choices, playback progress, likes, text input, and generated responses, to continue programmes, answer interactions, and synchronize an account profile.
Providers and sharing
Infrastructure runs on Alibaba Cloud. Apple processes sign-in, device integrity, and App Store payments. Text, preferences, or public content needed to generate a programme or answer may be sent to DeepSeek, SiliconFlow, and enabled content services such as TianAPI, NewsData, or Zhihu. Public-programme audio may be cached and reused by content, but its cache key excludes listeners, accounts, profiles, and private input. We do not sell data or use it for advertising tracking.
Retention, deletion, and subscriptions
Account, guest-profile, private-interaction, and session data are kept while needed to provide the service and can be cleared with Delete Account or Delete Guest Cloud Data in the App. Necessary trial-claim or usage facts on the server and Apple DeviceCheck are not reset by deletion, sign-out, or reinstall. Minimum transaction facts required for refunds, fraud prevention, finance, and purchase restoration may be retained as legally required. Deleting PingU data does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in Apple's subscription management.
